Field to Fork is a programme which developed teaching tools for Primary schools to help deliver the revised curriculum and focuses on where our food comes from. Halting Obesity is being tackled by the
Health Promoting Homes Programme - an award winning programme which links obesity with self esteem and was the first integrated programme in Northern Ireland to begin to address the social determinants of health. Click

Community Allotments - the Adulthood Subgroup is currently working with Strabane District Council to develop Community Allotments as a means to tackle Health & Wellbeing. This programme will cover Strabane, Derry, Limavady, Magherfelt and Donegal County Council area. Further details will be available shortly.
The Adulthood Subgroup has currently invested in a CBT programme, delivered by Aware Defeat Depression. The programme aims to encourage people to live life to the full and is available for delivery in workplaces, schools and community sector. Please contact the IFH office for details.
