This theme reflects the inter-relation between the determinants of good health and the need to put in place building blocks that allow communities to grow in a safe and secure environment. The theme combines five strands:
- Emotional Well-being and Mental Health;
- Environment;
- Community Safety;
- Community;
- Workplace Health.
