Introduction
The focus of the Teenage Transition Subgroup is in supporting and developing children as they move into the teenage years.
This is a critical time in most people's lives. It's a time when individuals make significant decisions that will impact on their future lives and thereby their future well-being. The emphasis in the development of this theme is to encourage young people to gain and develop a sense of citizenship, confidence and self-esteem enabling healthier choices to be made.
