Introduction
The focus of the Early Years Subgroup is to support children and families experiencing poverty and disadvantage.
If we want to change future generations we must begin with children. The work under this theme will support initiatives that allow children and families to develop in a safe, caring environment. Much of this work will be aligned with the WIFH/HAZ priority of combating poverty. WIthin this broad theme certain needs and groups for example those of children with disabilities will be considered.
