WIFH has produced a new strategy developed through an inclusive process of community engagement and consultation, action research, mapping of the strategic context, partnership debate and working through designated sub-groups. This process has developed a strategic framework with four key themes designed to cut across the seven objectives of IFH. The four themes are:
- Early Years
- Teenage Transition
- Adult Life
- Later Years
In adopting an action plan based on the above themes we aim to provide a more holistic approach to promoting the Western IFH agenda that in turn, will create greater levels of collaborative action and make tangible impacts on the health and well-being of the WHSSB area.
